The ‘Mean Girls’ star didn’t even have a chance to buckle up before her driver gunned it down and hit the photographer, who suffered injuries to his hand and was tended to by the ambulance that arrived on scene. He didn’t need to be taken to the hospital for further treatment. But the slightly injured man is not taking it slightly and is determined to go legal.

“Of course I’m going to sue them… but I don’t care about the money,” he said adding that he is “lucky to be alive”. “I want to press charges so badly. She’s going to jail,” he said.
